Beet Salad | Salata de Sfecla Rosie
Ingredients:
- Beets
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Spices: salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Boil the beets, then peel them
- Slice the beets, the add a bit of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Presentation:
- In a salad bowl, or next to your favorite recipe. Let me know if you have some clever ideas here. :)
